No parties or events. No food or drink in the bedrooms. No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from your host. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM <--CHECK-IN GRACE PERIOD POLICY--> Guests have 2 hours after checking-in and entering the house to notify the host about any issues that would result in any type of request for any kind of refund of the guests reservation. After the 2-hour grace period, the guest automatically agrees that the house is as described in the listing and agree to the full cost of the reservation that was made at time of booking. <--NO SMOKING POLICY--> No smoking of any substance (including vaping). This includes the outside patio, decks, yards, and surrounding premises of the property. FAILURE TO COMPLY will result in an additional deep cleaning fee to be requested after check-out. <--EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY--> There is an additional fee for early check-in and/or late check-out. <--BASEMENT & GYM USE POLICY--> By entering the basement guests acknowledge and agree that: They accept full responsibility for their personal safety. If they choose to participate in physical activity that they are doing so at their own risk and the host assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, or health conditions that may occur. Guests accept full responsibility for any damage to property or equipment caused by misuse or negligence. The gym is located in a basement with limited ceiling height, guests agree to use caution with all overhead movements, especially when standing or using free weights. Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose. Any damaged or broken gear must be reported immediately to the host and must not be used. Any attempt to use damaged/broken gear or any gear marked OUT OF ORDER may result in further damage and costs of repair/replacement charged back to guests. Violation of these rules may result in loss of gym access or termination of the stay without refund. <--FIRE PIT & PIZZA OVEN POLICY--> Use of the the backyard wood-fired brick pizza oven and stone fire pit is at your own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage. Fires must be supervised at all times by an adult (21+). Children may not use or play near the fire pit or oven unsupervised. Use only clean, dry firewood (a starter bundle may be provided). Do not burn trash, plastics, cardboard, treated/painted wood, or other prohibited materials. Never use flammable liquids (gasoline, lighter fluid, kerosene) to start or accelerate fires. Fires must remain within the designated fire pit. Do not alter or move the stones. Keep a bucket of water or hose nearby. All fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the area or going inside. Pizza oven is for cooking purposes only. Use provided tools and clean after use (once cooled). Do not overload the fire pit or oven. Keep flames at a safe and manageable level. No fires during high winds, dry conditions, or local burn bans (per Summit County / Akron regulations). Guests are financially responsible for any damage or misuse of the fire pit, oven, or tools. Severe violations may result in termination of stay without refund. <---LOCK TAMPER POLICY---> No tampering with any locking mechanisms on the property (for example, keyed door knobs/deadbolts, smart locks, keypad locks, window/cabinet locks, lockboxes, etc). FAILURE TO COMPLY will result in an additional lock replacement fee to be requested after check-out to replace any locks deemed non-secure due to tampering. <---INTERNET TAMPER POLICY---> No tampering with any of the internet service provider electronics responsible for internet access at the property (for example, modem, router, ethernet cables, exterior ISP boxes, etc). FAILURE TO COMPLY will result in an additional internet maintenance fee to be requested after check-out for an on-site visit from a certified technician for an internet maintenance request. <---LONG-TERM GUEST POLICY---> Stays 30 days or longer might be required to make a security deposit, sign a long-term lease agreement, and complete a rental application (which includes a credit and background check). These will be sent before the reservation is accepted when deemed appropriate based on the reservation request. <--PROFESSIONAL CLEANER POLICY--> Guests agree to allow access to the interior of the property on a bi-weekly or monthly basis between 10am and 3pm (on pre-arranged cleaning day) for professional cleaning services if/when Host deems it appropriate to maintain property standards. <--LANDSCAPING SERVICES POLICY--> A professional landscaping company performs weekly maintenance on the property in order to keep the outside area in great condition for guests (and also free and clear of any outdoor debris for guest's safety). NOTE: They do not have access to the house but are allowed to enter the property exteriors in order to do their job. Please allow them to do their job (it'll be quick) so that you and your guests can enjoy a nicely maintained outdoor area. <----PET POLICY----> No pets with the only exception being certified service animals (service animals are not considered pets). The owner of service animals will be asked the following questions. *Is the service animal required because of a disability? *What work or task is the service animal trained to do? NOTE: The owner of the service animal is fully responsible for any damage the animal causes to the property AND also any damages or injuries caused to another animal or person. <----VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES---> Violation of ANY of the house rules has serious consequences which could result in contacting the necessary authorities to report misconduct, immediate termination of staying privileges, and/or any additional costs that the host incurs (as a result of the violation) to be paid by the guest.

Guests have full access to the home, both porches, backyard, and private parking. Easy self-check-in instructions will be sent after booking.
